Once your order arrives you have 14 days to return item for a refund.
To initiate request, email our customer service team with order number and reason for request.
Return Rules
- Item/items must be in exact condition it arrived.
- Have the original packing
- Tags still attached.
- Be unopened and unused.
Until the item arrives back with us the item is still your responsibility so we recommend to use a tracked + insured delivery method.
Return Shipping is responsible by you unless item is damaged or faulty.
